About the Author

Onoyom E. Ekanem was born in Nigeria, West Africa. He received Christ as his personal savior at a young age and by revelation of God received the baptism of the Holy Spirit shortly thereafter. God called him to preach and teach the Gospel of JESUS CHRIST shortly after his new birth experience.
Pastor Ekanem began his ministry in the United States under the late Bishop David Lee Ellis, Pastor of Greater Grace Temple in Detroit, Michigan, and the Assistant Presiding Bishop of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World. He continues to serve at Greater Grace Temple under the pastorate of Bishop Charles H. Ellis III, Presiding Bishop of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World as the Assistant Pastor responsible for Evangelism and Outreach Ministries. Over the years, God has continued to use him to His glory. He is a prayer warrior and counselor with a mandate from God to free His people from the stronghold of Satan.
Rev. Ekanem is a Prophet of God, and a teacher of the Gospel. Over the past decades, he has taught numerous targeted courses aimed at helping the people of God to walk victoriously in their Christian life. These courses cover the areas of "Spiritual Maturity", "Spiritual Warfare and Deliverance", "The Authority of the Believer" and "Men on the Potter's Wheel", a targeted course for men. He also taught the "Ministerial Introduction Course" at a campus of Aenon Bible College housed in Greater Grace Temple.
Pastor Ekanem is a graduate of Aenon Bible College, and a licensed Minister of the Gospel under the umbrella of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. (PAW). He holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, from Lawrence Institute of Technology in Southfield Michigan, and a Master of Engineering Management Degree from the University of Detroit, Detroit Michigan.
