Overview

In the complex world of 'Figments,' where layers of civilizations are stacked upon one another, history is blurred, and shadows come to life. A resurrected soul grapples with a dark past, a man in a white mask belonging to mysterious intentions, and a young lad is called to action by horrific events. Secrets, hexes, omni, and figments intertwine, as these complex characters navigate a reality where nothing is as it seems. Brace yourself for a mind-bending journey through a world of sophistication, the clashing of cynicisms, intrigue, and on the other side, unrefined low-lives. Where the line between antagonist and protagonist are one in the same, and the search for identity takes center stage.

About the Author

L . A . V. considers himself as the pretentious sort, and writes the stories he would like to see more of. Though a lot of his ideas are weird and unconventional, he no doubt has a unique perspective, (he says about himself, writing in the third person.). It started with short comics he would illustrate, though back then, his skills were limited. Despite his frustration weighing on his inability to draw, and him having stopped developing his skill, his inspiration never waned. In his absence of drawing he continued to think up all kinds of stories, most of which come from vivid dreams. He picked up drawing again a couple years later, and It wasn’t until 2019 he finally decided to write a story he had been sitting on for a long time, and once he started, he could not stop.
