About the Author
Jaye Andras Caffrey: Jaye Andras Caffrey is a Louisiana tax lawyer, online columnist for MDNews, poet, mother, and writer. In February 2006, New Orleans City Business recognized her as a 'Woman of the Year.' She is presently completing a master's degree in fine arts with emphasis in creative fiction at the University of New Orleans, Louisiana, where she lives. Since her diagnosis at the age of thirty-one, she has found new ways to deal with the distractibility, disorganization, and loneliness once so evident in her life.
