Rowan Callahan is a career-climbing slut. At least according to the vicious-and false-rumor that is destroying her professional life. But a little thing like her career as an attorney ceases to matter when a plane crashes in downtown Chicago and the entire city goes dark. Her unconventional upbringing makes her suspect the worst: she's just witnessed the kick-off to the apocalypse. Armed with a backpack of supplies, she leaves Chicago, intent on resetting her skewed priorities and seeking shelter at the family farm with her father and sister. She's injured and running for her life when she stumbles directly in the crosshairs of two men who just might be her salvation . . . and her greatest temptation.Graham Buchanan and Zachariah Sawyer are best friends and brothers-in-arms who have been indulging in ménages since before their Force Recon team served in Iraq and Afghanistan. They've hung up their uniforms to build a new life for themselves and their team at Castle Creek Whitetail Ranch-a rustic deer hunting preserve that covertly doubles as a doomsday prepper's paradise. They thought they were prepared for anything until Rowan comes crashing into their lives. Graham and Zach are convinced she's the one woman who can handle them both, but she has no intention of deviating from her carefully laid plans for longer than it takes her to recover from her injuries. So they propose a deal: they'll provide her an armed escort home, and in exchange, she's theirs until they part ways.It was the perfect plan; except once they've had her, they can't let her go . . .

It started with a plane. And then the world went to sh*#. No zombies. No deadly viruses unleashed. What could be the cause that led to Rowan "Ro" Callaham’s seamless world falling apart in an instant? Now with an apocalypse taking over the United States, Rowan must gather her strength to make it out of the city to find her family before trouble comes looking for her or die. Armed with a first aid kid and basic living necessities, she crosses path with two ex military operatives only to be tempted into her greatest battle yet. Will she do what she’s always done in the past and put everything first before family? And when these two sexy men come up with two terms that she cannot refuse, what will become of their fate when it evokes a painful memory that Rowan desperately wants to leave behind? Will she surrender to the throes of passion? Or will she fall so deeply that she’ll never want to let go? One thing is for certain: Rowan is Graham and Zach’s "ONE" and they are prepared to do anything it takes to keep her… My thoughts: A stellar debut for Ms. Meghan March! Honestly speaking, and I am not just saying this because I had gotten the opportunity to review this book’s ARC, Flash Bang actually made me want even more from this series. While I got to witness Rowan’s, Graham (of whom Rowan affectionately calls “Conan” from Conan the Barbarian), and Zach’s story take flight, I was actually also hoping for Jonah+his wife+and daughter to have their own separate story line +++ as well as Graham and Zach’s other comrades (like Cam and Lia?) getting some lady or man lovin'. *wink wink* ;) But MOST IMPORTANTLY, I want a Beau book! Maybe I’m just bias because Beau is the name of my late brother but his really intrigued me into wanting to know more about him. Trust me guys. I found myself just blasting through this book without even checking how much more I had left to get to the end. *And why yes, I do guiltily do have hang-ups like that!* But, thankfully in this book’s case I did not have this problem at all. In fact, I wanted to see more to see more of the aftereffect of the apocalypse and the reasoning behind what started it in the first place. I just felt as if I was kind of stunted in the whole apocalyptic setting since pretty much the entire story (for the most part) dwells in this super camp that these ex military trained men set up and everything you could need or want is in that secluded facility away from the rest of civilization. It kind of made everything feel sort of surreal in a sense like there wasn't really an apocalypse that occurred. And the ending of this story! Gah! How did I know that it was going to end like that after Rowan's dad started making comments about the secrecy of their camp location?! It was like a self-fulfilling prophecy come true! Aaah! I need MORE!! Gosh, please consider writing a book two!! Pretty please?!

These were not my normal reads, but they were entertaining nonetheless. Ms. March could even make me interested in post-apocalyptic times - throw in a menage and I was in!

Out of all of March’s books, this has been my least favorite.  Which, was surprising considering how much I usually enjoy this genre.   It had all the usual aspects, catastrophic event, exciting characters, danger, and romance.  I just never really got fully invested with the characters.  I didn’t love Rowan, Graham or Zach.  The story still managed to have a few suspenseful moments along with a couple of hot scenes.  But for a book that centered around a ménage, I was expecting a bit more steam than what I got.   This one of the first books that March published and she has just gotten better with time.  I also regularly listen to March’s books via audiobook, reading vs. listing is a different experience.  I prefer to listen.   Flash Bang is March’s take on post-apocalyptic Romance; I think she does better with contemporary.  I still might read book two because this one ended with a bit of a hook for book two.    Overall, it was good, with danger, suspense and ménage relationship with an mfm.  I am giving it 3 Boundless Stars.

I wouldn't normally write a review after reading 28 pages of a book but I can't help myself. I've laughed out loud and giggled more times than I can remember with any book and this isn't the first I've read where names were called, unexpected statements or thoughts were interjected that did not match the circumstances. If you like humor and big tough characters both male and female, check this out. This author goes on my to read list.

4.5 star I was pulled right into this story. The story has pain, secrets, suspense, and heartbreak. This is Rowan, Graham and Zach’s story. After seeing the start of the apocalypse Rowan grabs her gear and sets off to her family’s farm. On the way she stumbles upon two men attacking a woman. When they come after her she gets captured by yet another man. She is now on a compound hurt with a bunch of men who have a ton of supplies. She gets them to rescue the woman and she agrees to stay until after she is healed. She meets both Graham and Zach who have shared woman in the past but she is not into that or is she? Can these two get her to fall for them so she does not leave? As the two men fall for her she knows she still has to leave and go to her family. Can she leave the men behind? Will they come after her and fight for her? Can she get them to understand that she needs to finally put her family first? I loved these characters and also the side characters. I felt I was able to connect with the characters and the story was a great read. I recommend this book and can’t wait for the next story from this author.

I love these former military, pure Alpha, gorgeous, muscled men turned doomsday preppers. Graham and Zach were two of these men. Best friends that shared EVERYTHING. Having never thought they'd find "the one", Graham makes all kinds of mistakes just trying to make life easier for Rowan, but ends up being making things more miserable for himself and Zach. Will Rowan leave the ranch? Will Zach pass up the opportunity to be with Rowan forever, even if that means leaving is best friend? What will Graham do? So much more is happening in this book. I just gave a brief glimpse of a piece of the story. This is actually my first book by this author and I loved it! It's also my first doomsday preppers type of book and I'm hooked! I can't wait to read the next book in the series. Review copy provided via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. I was not compensated for my review. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinion expressed is my own.

Read this in one day!  It was great and could easily have been a trilogy going in to more detail over the time period it takes place. But I also appreciate leaving a book and wanting more, rather than it going too long. The author has a knack for writing great sex scenes and building up sexual tension between characters.

No matter what else happens, family always has your back. When the world fell apart, Rowan Callahan knew her dad and sister were waiting for her to come home. Getting from Chicago to Michigan was a hell of a long walk, but nothing would keep her from her family. Except a few terrifying psychopaths, serious physical injuries, and a couple of gorgeous even more dangerous men hell bent on saving her. Circumstances force Rowan, Graham and Zach to make choices that will alter their lives forever…and when the rubber hit the road, none of them expected the sideswipe life threw at them. I LOVE post-apocalyptic stories. Strong heroines and ab-so-lutely de-lish alphas are a must. Flash Bang’s story line, characterization and relationships hit all four corners of the page and never stopped running. Why only a 4 star rating? The heroine’s language was a bit of a turn-off. I’m no prude (a ménage erotica reading prerequisite) but with Rowan being an attorney, I didn’t expect such a disconnect between her intelligence and verbiage. I also had a little trouble with the immediate assumption (driven by gut instinct) the modern world was ending. More detail and passage of time would have supported the theory better. Flash Bang is a fast-paced action-packed post-apocalyptic ménage romance (can this be a new genre category, please?) that hooks the reader until the last page. I love the premise of Ms. March’s new world and look forward to reading the next book in this series!
