Bay Area counterculture revolution of the 70's-80's; to the day after the San Francisco Loma Prieta earthquake of 1989. Vincent Lynch has led his life always as an artist, albeit often in different media with different results. His life as a journey is representative of the times in which he lived, fragmented and in constant change but always from a singular point of view. Whichever role he is playing, it is always executed with the same focused dedication and with the layman's open acceptance of the unexpected.

About the Author

Vincent Lynch has an eclectic resume. His mercurial mind has led him into many areas as he pursued the perfect medium to express his personal vision. To this end, he has been author, artist, printmaker, producer, director, tai chi master and outlaw. A graduate of the San Francisco Art Institute, he blazed a path and secured some notoriety with his large format mound series paintings. ( http: //vlynch.com ) He managed bands for noted talent. He created the video series "China's Living Treasures", archiving the performances of the most famous martial arts masters of China ( http: //onehand.com ). This series is comprised of sixty-two titles including the award winning documentary "Kung Fu Diplomacy".
