Dr. Gionta is a clinical psychologist, executive coach and speaker with a diverse professional background in business, psychology, coaching and health. She specializes in leadership and team development, stress management, self-care, and organizational health. Dr. Gionta works with high potential managers, senior leaders and teams in small to larger Fortune 500 and nonprofit organizations in various industries, including health, consumer goods, law and hospitality. In her life coaching and psychology practice, she works with individuals on areas related to health, relationships, career challenges, self-care, boundaries and life transitions.
