About the Author

Morgan Amos is a 26-year-old Chicago native. Morgan was born with Cerebral palsy. During the early 90s, Morgan became the Easter Seals Poster Child of Chicago.

While in school, Morgan excelled academically. She also developed a passion for writing. She appreciated the fact that words provided people with another way to express themselves. She continued to follow her passion and after graduating Co-Salutatorian from Percy L. Julian High School, she set her sights on Roosevelt University in downtown Chicago to pursue a degree in journalism. Morgan graduated with both her bachelors and master's degree in journalism.

Her goal is to be a voice for the voiceless, to share those inspirational stories of various individuals who continue to strive for what they believe in and to hopefully inspire someone who may read this to never give up hope and continue to have faith in their dreams.

Currently Morgan is a Contributing Writer for F.I.N.E. Success Magazine and the Outreach Coordinator and Contributing Writer for i.d.e.a.l. Magazine.
