Rumki Basu is a professor of public administration and currently the chairperson of the department of political science at Jamia Millia Islamia University. She has published 25 articles in leading national and international journals and is the author of six books, including Public Administration: Concepts and Theories and The United Nations: Structure & Functions of an International Organization.
