About the Author

Joseph Novak spent his early years in St. Louis, MO and has lived in California ever since his family's move to Los Angeles in the early 50's. The book "Good for Justice" is based on his childhood experiences and travels throughout the USA with his wife of 58 years. It was inspired by his love of this country's western heritage. The consumption of hundreds of western history books augmented his knowledge of the period. He is a 27-year member of the Single Action Shooters Society (SASS) currently competing in the Cattle Baron class. He is grateful for his time attending annual matches, sitting around the campfire reminiscing about western movies, serials, tv shows and his travels.
