This cd is fantastic! In fact, Amelia Renaldo, a famous critic rated it 5 stars. So, I have one question, what is your problem? Do you just go around being angry. Well, here is a tip, live life to the fullest. Just like MILLI VANILLI......... oh yeah..........oh yeah............. JK
Milli Vanilli did what MOST young men would do when presented with tons of Money, Women and Fame!! They regretted everything in the end because they didn't know it would blow up in their face, but they were certainly NOT the worse criminals in the world. I think I'll keep my criticism and hatred for the murderers, drug dealers and petafiles thank you. Girl You Know It's True was an Awesome song.....I dont care WHO sang it!! :)
These boys should have never stopped recording. They could have had many more hits. Today what they did is readily accepted. I highly value the CD I bought. I wonder if they could make a comeback of sorts? Put this in your player and you won't sit still I don't care whether you're driving or on the couch. It grabs you and won't let go.
The fact that I am writing the first review, and a scathing one at that, of this release is probably a good thing. It means at least some people have taste, and see right through disposable pop trash fads that fizzle out just as soon as they explode every few years. Milli Vanilli may have sold millions of records during their 15 minutes of fame, but the fact that they have one comp in print on this site proves how worthless they were in the end. Of course, it goes without saying that they are worthy of endless derision for their lip-syncing scandal. When that skip repeated " girl you know it's..." over and over, somebody should have shouted false into a mic, instead of true. To have an album named after that song, when they were putting on such a shallow act, is quite humorously ironic in my opinion. The scandal deservingly brought their career to a screeching halt, and one fraud of a member is now paying for his sins in the underworld, or at least I hope. Unfortunately, " groups" such as Brittany Spears and Backstreet Boys have continued the tradition of forged, bland faceless pop that emphasizes producers over artists and style over substance. I'm sure there will be more to come, but I guess the world will never learn from Milli Vanilli's mistakes. They are hideous, arguably the worst group of all time based on principle and they were the ultimate forefathers of pop garbage. Give them a dime and you are no better.
