About the Author

Dr. Hayes Woolen is a primary care physician and experienced healthcare leader with a passion for advanced wellness and neuro-cognitive health. He lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, with his wife, Susan, their three children, and their two Labradors. He is a graduate of Davidson College, received his medical degree from Wake Forest University, and received his MBA at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Cheryl Hoover is a registered pharmacist, who after a cancer diagnosis became certified in plant-based nutrition.
