High Wind: Memoirs of a Marijuana Mule
High Wind takes the reader on a counter-cultural trip around the world. From the 1960's to the 1970's and 1980's the author chronicles his adventures in the early days days of pot smuggling, before the more deadly era of today's cocaine wars. Following his first discovery of hashish in Germany in 1969 to his final voyage across the Pacific he recounts 20 years of misadventures in the underground world of THC. Not merely a book about marijuana and hashish smuggling, High Wind is also a travel book, a historical account, and an affectionate look at some of the last working sailboats in the world.
