Erin Taylor is an international yoga coach and founder of Jasyoga, a revolutionary approach to yoga for athletes. Taylor's Jasyoga program blends stretches, poses, and sequences from yoga with elements from physical therapy. She works with athletes from all sports and experience levels including Olympic runner Lauren Fleshman, long jumper Norris Frederick, and professional triathlete Linsey Corbin. Taylor played collegiate basketball until a spinal injury from overtraining put her on the bench and led her to discover yoga as a way to hit reset.
