The stories include paranormal tales inspired by true events that Tristan has personally experienced as well as real-life tragedies that instill fear in many including sex-trafficking, violence due to jealousy/infidelity in relationships, and child abuse due to postpartum depression. Each story is unique and brings different levels of fear to the reader. Four more volumes are currently planned in this collection that has been selected by Netflix to be adopted as a filmed series.
