I used this book with 2nd graders. They loved the real life comparisons and had many comments. I would recommend this book for 6 - 10 year-olds.
This informational book gives children several examples of how they could see, measure, feel 1000. The author researched what 1000 would be and how the students could relate to the measurement. There is no setting, plot, or characters for this informational book.
