Very little new and is too basic. Expressed a few points on voice, breathing, facial expressions and body language very well. Does not live up to the title or what was advertised.

This audio book is similar to the "Public Speaking for Dummies." The author covers way to much way to quickly. While I did take a few things away from it I think I would have been better to spent the money to join Toast Masters. So Buy it if you have the money but if you don't well you are not going to miss anything that you could find with 20 minute of looking on the net.

If you want quick, useful, to-the-point information that you can start benefitting from today then this book's for you. For the past 18 years I've been somewhat of a self-help junkie and although this book doesn't offer any new groundbreaking ideas it is written very succintly in laymens terms that makes it easy to absorb and put to use immediately.
