I Position Me Backtivity Book is a very original activity book for kids. My son and daughter both liked the rhymes and pictures. Back Man and Dottie Goodback were their favorite characters. I think they helped them realize the importance of caring for their backs when they're young. I wish I had something like this when I was growing up... maybe I wouldn't have the back pain I have now. I hope there is more like this coming soon! MW
In todays' busy world, parents need all the help they can get. That's why I am so pleased to find Lisa Habermehl's book about children's back care. "I Position Me" is a wonderful activity book that helps young children understand the importance of caring for their backs. Now I won't have to lecture "please sit up straight" or "don't carry that heavy load", because the cute characters in "I Position Me" make it fun to have good posture.
