About the Author

Tommy Johns was born in 1953, and raised in the Ozarks of Southwest Missouri, far from any large towns or cities. He was the third of six children. He spent his childhood exploring the woods and plains of the Ozarks. At 19 he went to work for GE where he remained for 25 years, until becoming disabled by MS.
