About the Author

Kathy Zebert is a freelance court reporter, author, motivational speaker, dream-chaser, currently residing in beautiful Chattanooga, Tennessee. She spends her days looking for opportunities to expand her mind with knowledge and inspiring others to do the same. A free spirit, she's lived all over the South. She was born and raised in Pearl, Mississippi, a suburb of Jackson. At the ripe old age of 21, she moved to Austin, Texas, where she really grew up, got married and had two wonderful children. In her spare time, she loves to create beauty and share it with her friends, be it cupcakes, clothing, wall art, jewelry, or photos of sunsets. Her desire to bring a smile to someone's face is the one addiction she's never giving up.

Lauren Tweedy, a native of Austin, Texas, has a B.A. in literature from the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga, and M.A. in linguistics from the University of Georgia. She is fluent in English and has multiple years of study in writing, reading and speaking German and Japanese. She loves anime and cosplay, and is a graphic arts designer.
