About the Author

Dr. O'Neil Duncan is a Jamaican by birth. He has over 15 years experience in teaching Computer Science courses at the Secondary and Tertiary level. He is an assistant examiner for CSEC Information Technology. He is also the author of Information Technology for CSEC a book published by Hodder Education an international book publishing company located in the United Kingdom. His book is widely used in high schools across the Caribbean and its diaspora. O'Neil has a PhD in Education specializing in Educational Leadership and Technology. He also holds a Masters from Sheffield University and his Bachelors from Athabasca University. O'Neil currently teaches Information Technology and Electronic Document Preparation and Management at the John Gray High School and lectures Computing courses at the Masters and Undergraduate level at the International College of the Cayman Islands. O'Neil is married with one child. O'Neil wrote this book because of the lack of resources at the Advance level to help students preparing for the CAPE Information Technology and Computer Science exams. The book covers both units and every teacher and student who currently prepares students for the CAPE Unit 1 and 2 exams will be delighted to have a copy of this resource.
