About the Author

Rick Mano has had problems with his weight for most of his life. Having tried a good majority of the diets out there he became discourage with the results and found that he put on even more weight after falling off the subsequent diet.




At the breaking point of 255 pounds, Rick could barely get up the stairs of his home.
He was constantly out of breath and too tired to do anything. The doctors told him that surgery would be his only answer.




Surgery being out of the question, Rick began scouring the internet looking for answers. An old quote, "dieting is as easy as not putting it in your mouth" got him thinking about other non-diet alternatives and fasting became a topic he read everything he could get his hands on before he started his first Intermittent Fasting Plan.




He soon realised the power of this simple yet profound eating pattern when the extra pounds where shed effortlessly. Not only did he notice his waistline begin to shrink but his mood and craving for junk food disappeared completely.




A newfound vibrancy and energy entered his life, and this books purpose is to share his knowledge with you in order for to turn your life around with the power of Intermittent Fasting.
