Overview

The International Law Reports is the only publication in the world wholly devoted to the regular and systematic reporting in English of decisions of international courts and arbitrators as well as judgments of national courts. Volume 151 reports on, amongst others, the judgment of the International Court of Justice in Kasikili/Sedudu Island (Botswana/Namibia), the judgments of the International Court of Justice in Sovereignty over Pulau Ligitan and Pulau Sipadan (Indonesia/Malaysia), and the judgment of the International Court of Justice in Dispute regarding Navigational and Related Rights (Costa Rica v.
