About the Author

Into the Nether Lands is Scott Woodward's third book of poetry to be published by Gatekeeper Press. Into the Nether Lands continues to explore life, living, and loving as personally experienced by Scott. He is an enthusiastic storyteller and never lets the facts get in the way of a good story. He utilizes poetry as my primary medium for telling stories in a lyrical form.

Scott has traveled the world extensively and lived and worked on six continents. In addition to competing in several sports, he was an Eagle Scout, a full-time missionary, and served in the US navy. He is an essayist and short story writer, an avid reader, an active camper and outdoorsman, and a part-time artisan-painting, making jewelry, working wood, and crafting mosaics.
