About the Author

Andy Harrison is a senior radar engineer at Radiance Technologies. He also teaches at the Applied Technology Institute at Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab and Crane Naval Surface Warfare Center. He received his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Mississippi. He is a senior member of IEEE.
