Overview

Jack is a very adventurous little boy who gets a great surprise for summer vacation. His parents are surprising him with a family trip. Everyday a clue is placed to be found and a new adventure is began leading up to the final clue that tells Jack where he will be going. Help Jack follow the clues and see if you can't figure it out before he does.Each day is a new clue, but when Jack finds the finalclue than the real fun begins. On his trip he visits a market place where he will learn to make chocolate. After this he will stay the night in the forest, but the next day Jack discovers something awful. The forest is being cut down. Jack continues on his way knowing that he has to find a way to stop the distruction. They reach a hidden tribe of people. After spendind a few days with these people Jack realizes that the distruction of the forest is causing great harm to the tribe's people. Now he knows he must do something. He thinks up a plan and tells the people. Will it work? Will they listen to a child? Will Jack be able to save the day before it is too late?

About the Author

Dawn Warren was born May 24, 1980, in Atlanta, Georgia. She was the oldest of five children. She enjoyed traveling as a child, but never went outside of the USA. Most of the adventure in her childood came from books or her own imagination. For fun growing up her mom, and step dad would sit at the table with her and they would take turns creating paragraphs in a story. This built a great love of writing. Growing up she filled notebook after notebook with stories and ideas. Those notebooks would become lost, but the ideas stuck with her. Currently Dawn lives in Leesburg, Georgia with her husband and children. After a failed marriage Dawn lost the urge to write. She wouldn't start writing again for ten years. After her second marriage she found that all she wanted to do was write. Her five beautiful children read all of her manuscripts before anyone else. They always share their ideas and feedback. So I guess all my books are child approved. Dawn spends her days as a stay at home mom. She enjoys spendin her days helping her children learn and grow and just hanging out giving them someone to talk to and having fun. She spends her nights on the computer writing and creating and building the magic and adventure. Her hope is that you will enjoy reading her books as much as she enjoyed writing them.
