About the Author

I had the wonderful opportunity to live in Italy and India, thus, travelled to 18 different countries. Originally from Kalispell, Montana near Glacier Park many international people came to visit but then I had the opportunity to see some of their cultures and cuisines.

After being a working mom then a stay at home mother I wanted to find a way to cook fresh with out preservatives for my family. Having the opportunity to study other cultures cuisines of cooking non-processed foods I have compiled my favourite recipes. It is my hope you enjoy cooking as much as I do.
