About the Author

Lailah Moridzadeh began her journey in self-development at age 12 when her determination led her to lose over 50 pounds. She became a runner and completed the LA Marathon in 2003 and several mud runs including the Tough Mudder in 2012, which is a race designed by the British Special Forces to "challenge the toughest of the tough."
She's a graduate of California State University, Fullerton, in 2005 with a degree in Communications with an emphasis in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Radio-TV-Film. She wrote, shot, and edited segments locally and regionally while at Adelphia cable and recognized as an upcoming talent she was hired as an Associate Producer for KGET-17 in Bakersfield, CA.
Her spiritual journey intensified in her early 20's with deep study and application of law of attraction, Toltec Wisdom, and various eastern philosophies including Buddhism, Hinduism, and Taoism. She dove into energy healing and became a certified Reiki Master Teacher. She produced and edited several videos of interviews with alternative healers and created a YouTube channel showcasing the various forms of healing techniques available.
The entrepreneur bug expressing itself throughout her life she always enjoyed multiple streams of income and in 2005 she was self-taught in search engine optimization (SEO) and ran several websites of different genres and eventually showed clients the skill to rank their own websites.
A firm believer in teaching and encouraging others to be the best they can be she launched HealthyVeganCoach.com to guide others towards a whole foods plant based diet and has helped clients lower their cholesterol, improve their blood sugars, lose weight, and improve energy levels.
She was introduced into the PHP Agency in 2015 and became a licensed Life and Health Agent. She coaches people on how to make and save more money, become business owners, and cultivate the leadership within. She meshed veganism with life insurance and created veganrevolt.com to show clients how they may be able to improve their health through a plant based diet and how it may promote a better life insurance rating. She has combined her various skills into her entrepreneur life to develop her business.
You'll find her hiking and strolling the park with her two dogs, Luna and Zoey. She views her life as a never ending journey of growth and self-development and she looks forward to learning and gaining as much wisdom throughout her life and sharing what she knows with the world.
