Overview

Sheriff Dare Turner is known for his ever-present scowl and general bad mood. Between a teenage sister who thinks she's all grown up and a killer on the loose he doesn't have much to smile about these days. He simply doesn't have time for fun and games.

Rayne Dunn is half free spirit and half workaholic. She doesn't mind the long hours in her tattoo shop creating works of art on skin but sometimes she'd rather be dancing in the rain with someone special. The trouble is she hasn't had a date in way too long. She needs to change up a few things or she's going to work herself into an early grave.

Every time these two find themselves in a room together they end up arguing. Rayne thinks the sheriff has a big stick up his posterior and Dare thinks the sexy little tattoo artist is too loud and mouthy. It's best if they stay far away from each other.

But when someone breaks into Rayne's shop and then winds up dead that probably isn't going to be an option. Whether they like it or not, they're going to be spending a great deal of time with each other.

And they're starting to really like it...

Poor plotting. Too much soul searching. Rayne constantly complains about Dare being a grouch. Juvenile writing. Very disappointing. Not author's best.

Justice Inked by Olivia Jaymes is a fantastic romantic suspense book. Ms. Jaymes has delivered a well-written book and furnished it with phenomenal, lovable characters. Dare is the grumpy Sheriff of Valley Station. Rayne moved to Valley Station when her tattoo shop in the neighboring town burned down. Rayne and Dare's story is loaded with drama, humor, sizzle, action and suspense. I enjoyed every page of this book and look forward to reading more from Olivia Jaymes in the future. Justice Inked is book 7 of the Cowboy Justice Association Series but can easily be read as a standalone. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.

Not for the prudish, this book has graphic sex and language. Alpha male dominates strong female, somewhat predictable story

Oh boy, I love this series. Another enjoyable read, good sense of humor which I enjoy when reading a book. I look forward to the next in this series. (Just one thing, what happened to her car during their first date--they were meeting out of town and driving their own cars, but at the end of the date he drove her home in his vehicle. ???). I highly suggest this series to you all, they have all been keepers!

Sheriff Dare Turner has a permanent scowl on his face. Other than that he is smokin’. Rayne Dunn is a San Francisco transplant with tattoos, piercings, and purple streaks in her hair. She is hard working but manages to see the beauty in life. She is convinced that if Dare ever smiled his face would crack. When these two opposites get together the energy is of matter/anti matter proportions. These two balance each other like Yin and Yang. Watching them figure it out is a blast. Oh and there is a bank robbery a couple of murders and Rayne gets kidnapped so Dare is really going to have to work on it. This is a fun addition to the series.
