Kate knows this promotion is going to create conflict with another employee who has a similar work background and is five years his senior. Kate's fears, morals and ethics prevent her from seeing God's true blessing for her. I like to write modern romance without the racy scenes as I believe a great love story doesn't require them. Love is about the relationship between to people not just the love making.
