Keeping the Faith in Interfaith Relationships
In Keeping the Faith in Interfaith Relationships, Stuart Dauermann calls for a reconsideration of the long held assumption that a Jew who believes in Jesus exits from Jewish life. Dauermann represents Jesus, not as an exit, but as an entrance into more serious engagement with Jewish life. The implications of this perspective for interfaith couples, both Christians and Jews, are profound.

What People are Saying About This

From the Publisher

"Thought provoking! Most interfaith couples think that Jesus and Judaism are incompatible. But are they? This entertaining and easy-to-read booklet reminds those in interfaith relationships that Jesus is the most famous Jew who ever lived! The author points up in a humorous way the various misconceptions that Jews and Christians have about their respective faiths. He also presents a new option for interfaith couples that is increasingly being explored—Messianic Judaism. I highly recommend this booklet to Jews and Christians who are searching for a viable way to keep the faith and make their relationship work."
