About the Author

John Hall is a visual writer, poet, and influential teacher. Born in 1945 in the country now called Zambia, Hall moved to England in 1958, where he has lived ever since, mostly in Devon. His work was first published in The English Intelligencer, by Ferry and Grosseteste. His influence was acknowledged by Iain Sinclair in Conductors of Chaos, and early prose published in Denise Riley's Poets on Writing. John Hall's books include Days, Keepsache, ELSE HERE (etruscan books, 1999), and Apricot Pages.
