Lily is a document checker for the US Navy. Levi, her boyfriend, is a Navy SEAL. Both their jobs are complex, demanding and secret. The trouble with secrets is that when they are exposed, other often unpleasant truths come to light and when Lily and her team arrive at Whidbey Island in Washington state, they become aware that things are not always as straightforward as they seem.
