Languages and the Brain
Hello, my name is Zoha Adnan, and I decided to write this book about how the brain processes languages. My goal was to see how learning new languages increases cognitive function and prevents the degeneration of neurons. Since I know four languages, I wanted to learn more about why this is beneficial to my health. After learning this information more in-depth, I wanted to create a children's book to educate a wider audience on this topic. Creating this book for a younger audience allows students to truly understand how being bilingual, trilingual, etc., is a strength, not a limitation, and something that they should be proud of.
