"Once there was a little dot and Lennie was his name and because he never moved around, he always stayed the same." About the Author

As an artist and writer, Christiansen's work is quite unique. In 1989 he created the world's first line of Braille Jewelry and one of his pieces has been placed into the permanent collection of the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C. In the same way that people have put paper on the designs of tombstones and rubbed with black wax to capture their image, Kim has done that with manhole covers in the streets and sidewalks throughout the U.S., Canada, England and France.
