All of these transaitions can have major and minor effects on us both personally and publicly. Also, our movement thru society experienceing success and failure due to race, sex, maritial status, age, generational placement colors our view of what our opinion is about life in general. The book title and the poetry written is a reflection of the struggle I personally have gone through due to not being prepared for what life has thrown at me, early experiences that I had no understanding of, and the time it took to reflect on those things and find my internal voice and take the time to ask the questions that I needed answered to be able to move forward mentally and physically after each major loss in my life.
