My husband started getting this magazine a year ago and now we both fight over who's going to read it first! Great ideas for home improvement with easy to understand articles and tons of photos. I love seeing all the projects we can do together and even he loves the ones that that get added to his "honey-do" list. Very simple ideas that make a big difference around the house, yard, and garage and best of all, most are easy, cheap, and don't need alot of special tools!

Gentlemen and Ladies - this is a great home-improvement magazine. Even though their website (and iPad version) has many of the how-to articles, the magazine itself is packed with little extras such as a tool round-up, and tips from other home improvers that are worth publishing. I read it from cover to cover almost the day it arrives. I'm female but the handy one around the house. While I don't have some of the serious tools such as a table saw, the articles are easy to follow and highly reliable. Lots of pictures. It's a bit like having my Dad around to ask for help, and just as hokey-but-honest. ;-) Not a lot of flash and sex appeal, but when I'm planing a front door, I want it to WORK.
