About the Author

Rob Hindman, PhD, is a licensed psychologist and specialist in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). He has a private practice in suburban Philadelphia and practices telehealth with clients throughout the United States. Rob also serves as a faculty member at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy, where he teaches workshops, supervises therapists, and develops training programs in CBT and mindfulness. He is a lecturer at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, teaching courses in CBT to graduate students. Rob has authored research articles and written book chapters on CBT as well as on mindfulness.
