It will first ask you to begin with a couple minutes of prayer. This is critical. Please quiet your spirit and take that time to communicate with God. Then the journal will ask you questions and provide insights from Scripture and the wisdom of saints to help you explore and apply the day's virtue or gift in your life. The more deeply you dive into the recesses of your soul, the more freely your spirit will rise to the heights. God is waiting. . . The work is up to you.

About the Author

Mrs. Christine Watkins, MTS, LCSW, is a popular Catholic speaker and author. Formerly an anti-Christian atheist living a life of sin, she began a life of service to the Catholic Church after a miraculous healing from Jesus through Mary, which saved her from death. Before her conversion, she danced professionally with the San Francisco Ballet Company. Today, she has twenty years of experience as a Catholic speaker, retreat leader, spiritual director, and counselor. For ten of those years, she worked as a hospice grief counselor and for another ten, as a post-abortion healing director. Mrs. Watkins has hosted her own shows on Radio Maria and for Shalom World television.
