About the Author

Helmut Maucher built Nestlé into the world’s largest food company. Since his retirement, he has been honorary president of Nestlé AG. Fredmund Malik is a management theorist, entrepreneur, and best-selling author. He is founder and chairman of Malik Management, the world’s leading knowledge organization for integrated management systems based on the science of cybernetics. Farsam Farschtschian is director of Deutsche Bank, where he is responsible for strategic advice to international entrepreneurs and key clients from Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
