This collection of poetry I created has emerged deep from my heart and soul and was developed throughout my life. In fact, it has been simmering over numerous decades. This compilation spans over forty years. The key passions and emotions depicted through this first book of early years in the series, include lust and love, loss and grief, fear and anger, joy and excitement, and guilt and shame. I kept this poetry hidden away for a long time, and it wasn't until a close friend found my old journal, filled not only with pieces of coloured paper but also with many raw emotions. I know many will also be able to relate to this passionate glimpse of my life.

I believe it is time to share this collection. And so, I give you... Me Poems.

About the Author

Ing lives in Goulburn, NSW Australia, with her husband, two daughters and son. They have numerous pets, including one dog, chickens, and finches. Wild animals enjoy visiting their property on a regular basis: including various wild birds, possums, lizards, and tree frogs. Ing also writes and illustrates children's books with her son, Carter (Mister C) and is a registered nurse in her local town. Pastimes include painting, playing board games and of course, lots of writing, poetry and illustrating on their blog website...

Zarah is the younger daughter to author, Ing Ledlie and has collaborated on the illustrations and images with Ing in this next book of poetry. Zarah is a talented young artist, who is still completing high school. Zarah enjoys soccer and spending time with family, friends, and their pet dog Rhetti. Zarah lives in Goulburn, NSW with Ing and their family.
