A PRIEST AND HIS ANGEL...

Father Ilya Pavlovich Sokolov is a lonely priest and pariah of his small town. Tasked with killing an injured monster in the woods, Ilya is certain of his death. Instead, he heals the monster's injury and lifts its curse, revealing a handsome, memory-less man.

Cocksure Danya is a man lost in an unfamiliar world. He struggles to recall his past life, flashes returning as he and Ilya grow closer. Soon, his appearance begins to change once more, but not into a beast - instead, Danya grows into something just like the Sun that Ilya has worshiped all his life.

With complicated pasts between them, the two must work together to deal with the corruption of Ilya's own church, as well as their blooming feelings for one another.

Ian Haramaki is an emerging author of queer fiction of all types. He has a short story entitled "Resta Con Me" within Devout: An Anthology of Angels. Curtis Michael Holland has craved performing and sharing what he knows ever since he first experienced the adrenaline rush of a connected audience. With a mixed background that is Canadian-Greek, African, and Indigenous (Blackfoot and Cherokee), you could say that he emerges from a rich mosaic of storytellers. Then, there's the fact that he has lived across three different continents-four, if you count the Middle East as its own. Nevertheless, the world is his home and he loves exploring new corners of it. Along this journey, he has developed basic proficiency yet refined pronunciation in: Mandarin Chinese, Arabic, French, and Italian. Curtis's worldly adventure began once he left his home in small-town Canada to teach students theater around the world as soon as he earned his honors degrees. This member of the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities is proud to share his spirited, textured, and entertaining voice. On one hand he loves bringing authenticity to queer romances and young adult fiction; on the other, he enjoys flirting with stories of horror, thrills, and high tension. Whatever the tale may be, it is his ultimate goal to educate and entertain.

Lance West loves love. His adoration for all the myriad forms love can take has well equipped him to be a voice for love's expression. As a romance narrator, he is known for being able to capture and convey the full spectrum of emotions of his characters, from sass and wit to care and tenderness. He is also recognized for his diverse range of voices for all sorts of genders. His narration is supported by more than twenty years of performance on stage and by education in New York and Boston. He currently resides with his wife, family, and menagerie of rescue animals in western Washington State.
