About the Author

Hi, my name is Coco Perez I am now an upcoming comedian, actress, voiceover, writer, somewhat of a singer, and a part-time model. A little about me; recently I have changed my major from psychology to acting. This fall semester is my last year. I will get my degree in theater art. Why did I choose this path? Believe it or not, I am a very funny person. I guess it started out when one of my coworkers said to me “Hey you're funny you should do an open mic” I decided to go to the Blarney Stone and I did my first open mic. Granted I was very nervous and thank goodness for the liquid courage to calm my nerves down. I went up on stage and started making fun of my ex little wee wee and my job as well. People actually laughed at my set; as soon as I was done. People were cheering me on with their applause. Ever since I fell in love with the stage. The stage is like a drug: one drop you get hooked right away. I love the rush and adrenaline. Ever since then it was love at first sight. I love being in the entertainment industry as well. As you can see, my book is more comedy: with a sense of a dark humor that comes with. As a comedian, pain is laughter. What I believe makes the book so interesting is the fact it is quite relatable and less boring like these other books. I admit changing my major was a huge risk; but that the problem is I love to take risks. I believe everyone should do the same.
“I’m sorry to hear that.” Her actions are a way for me to heal. Nicole is the greatest best friend ever. I’m so lucky to have her. When no one can’t stand her sarcasm, but I can, that’s what friends are for. Enjoy life to the fullest; never be sad. Always be happy, remember life is too short, go hangout with your family, dog, cat, or even your sarcastic best friend. Every single moment is a way to appreciate life; and savor the moment. Go do something that makes you scared and remember not to regret it later in life. Remember I am proud of you for the fact you are brave and fearless.
