Elly Wall is a Self-Published Romance Novelist When she writes her novels, she likes to use the description, mannerisms and initials of her celebrity crush, Nolan Reed, who plays Derek Richards on her favorite television show, 'The Prowling Corpses', as her lead male character. She likes to envision him as her lead male character as she is writing her novels.
Elly gets tickets to go to 'The Prowling Corpses' Convention, which is on the opposite side of the United States from where she lives, just so she can get a chance to meet Nolan Reed, her big Celebrity Crush.
About a month before the convention, Elly goes on 'The Prowling Corpses' social media page, where she wants to interact with some of the other fans of the show, hoping to make friends with a few of them so that she might be able to meet up with some of them at the convention. While she's chatting with them she happens to mention how she uses Nolan Reed as her vision for her lead male characters in her novels. Within a couple of days, she gets a phone call from Nolan Reed himself, asking her to sign the books that he purchased because he was under the impression that she was writing books about him. He also informed her that his agent and the security for the convention had her photo and were accusing her of being Nolan's stalker.
Now, Elly is afraid of going to the convention. What if she gets tackled at the door? What if she gets arrested? Elly still decides to go to the convention, after all, Nolan Reed went through the trouble of getting her number and calling her. But, is it a trap?
