When Queen Kraylan Keegan fell in love with Cragon Cadieux, she didn't know he had a dark and sinister side. She was blind to that part of him. She loved him unconditionally. When he was destroyed by the power of the Last Emerald, Kraylan felt his demise even though she was far away in the northern territory beyond the Michi Mountains.
Kraylan could not bear to be without Cragon, yet she held onto the hope that he would return to her. After his death, Kraylan searched for a way to bring Cragon back. She hoped her powers as a sorceress would give her answers, but none came. She had begun to lose hope until she became aware that a magical artifact known as the Gossamer Pen had been found in another realm called Greenville.
The queen knew that the Gossamer Pen was her only hope to revive Cragon and once again be reunited with him. All that remained now was to discover the secret Cadieux Castle had been hiding for centuries - a portal known as the Mystical Mirror. Kraylan devised a plan to get close to the one elf that knew where the portal was located.
The Elven Warrior and protector to Cadieux Castle - Grace Tallon.
About the Author
Christopher M. Purrett (b. 1977) began telling stories to his two daughters each night before bed. After a few years, the characters began to develop into something much bigger than simple bedtime stories and he wrote Land of Mistasia (Phillip & Whizzy book 1), which was released on Amazon in February 2011. This story was told from Phillip Harper's point of view as he and his best friend Michael "Whizzy" Whizzenmog III traveled to Mistasia in order to save Whizzy's twin sister, Rachel. Two additional stories followed, Return to Mistasia & Last Emerald, each from another main characters point of view.
He released 2 additional Free novellas; Whizzenmog Betrayal, which told the back story the Whizzenmog family and their arrival in Greenville, and Grace's Quest, a explanation for what happens with Grace Tallon between the first two novels. Together they were combined with the original trilogy and released in paperback as, Mistasia Anthology.
In November 2014, Gossamer Pen was released, a book he worked on after discovering a drawing notebook from his youngest daughter. The story features his daughters, Lea and Kyra, and a magical drawing pen that brings anything it creates to life. In 2015, a comic book version of the Gossamer Pen was developed. The first six issues were released at Purrett.com and are also available in a single graphic novel too. Later that year, Purrett Productions, LLC. was created as well as a YouTube Channel featuring unique and original cartoon comedy animations.
