About the Author

Rita Santos is a clinical psychologist who specializes in cognitive behavioural therapy, anxiety and anxiety disorders. She completed a PhD on cognitive aspects of anxiety and performance; her research underpinned a novel theory of anxiety. During her career she has developed a broad range of skills, including extensive academic experience and wide clinical expertise.
