This book constitutes the proceedings of the workshops held at the 29th International Conference on Theory and Practice of Digital Libraries, TPDL 2025, which took place in Tampere, Finland, during September 23-26, 2025.

The 20 short papers, 8 Demo papers and 9 workshop papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 103 paper submissions (52 full papers, 40 short papers and 11demos). TPDL has established itself as an important international forum focused on digital libraries and associated technical, practical, and social issues.
