About the Author

Christine graduated from the University of Wisconsin. She has had a passion for writing for more than 30 years and has published speeches, poems, magazine articles and theatrical student study guides.

In 2010, she decided to take a sabbatical from substitute teaching and an editorial position to complete her first novel, "Nick, The Journey of a Lifetime," which is based on interviews with her husband's grandfather.

"Finishing the novel has been one of the most exciting and fulfilling adventures of my life," she says, "it feels like the tip of the iceberg. I've broken through. I've made it."

Christine is married to her husband for more than twenty years and lives in rural Wisconsin near her grown children and grandchildren.
