The year is 2173 AD: many years after all the major cities and heavily populated areas have been reduced to hollow and ghostly Deadcells. A creature code named: Nightmare has just awoken from a deep, cryonic slumber spanning nearly two centuries, only to find himself trapped within a stasis cell at a BioTech Facility of N'Phara Corporation. The Global Titan, the last successfully standing structure of stability in this dying world, has let loose a new creation, and as a result, the creation has elected to turn upon its creator.
With the help of some unlikely allies: the daughter of the current General of N'Phara Military Defense; the Couple, cursed to dance with destiny; and an unexpected friend from ages past, Nightmare turns against the dying company in search of answers to his human past, and to the past of the demonic soul that resides within him. Together, this group, the N'Phara Military Defense Resistance, who share a common thread with the corporation, will traverse forbidden grounds, discover secrets so deadly, and uncover the fate of many long since thought dead, while in search of the ones responsible for robbing them of their lives.
