Cole and Misty are determined to make the most of their day at the beach, and that means bringing their dog Pepper along. But when Mom says Pepper can't come, they must get creative with grandma's wardrobe. Mom doesn't suspect a thing, but the beach lifeguard doesn't trust this strange old lady sticking her face in the sand.
