"Not ALL Conservatives Are Constitutionalists" is a progression through a litany of definitions for Conservatism and a simplified single historical perspective of Constitutionalism. Tom looks at these two, not necessarily the same ideas in governance, from his personal thirty-year journey in politics. During the 2010 election cycle, the Constitutional Grass Roots stepped up and into their rightful role in the electoral decision process. This had instantaneously ignited the questions: 'What does it mean to be a Conservative candidate compared to a Constitutional candidate?' 'Doesn't a Conservative follow the Constitution in governing?'
This quick read, not really that quick if you follow the footnotes, defines these two views of governance and encourages each reader to evaluate their principles as a citizen and an electorate; knowing that just because someone says 'they are a Conservative' does not mean that they understand, have ever read either their state or federal constitutions let alone govern by Constitutional principles.
The Founders of America developed a structured form of 'self-governance' that is clearly defined in the Constitutions of the various States and in the Constitution of the United States. They expected every Citizen to learn the fundamental principles in a detailed way. Samuel Adams and others used the word 'imbued' to emphasize the level of understanding each person should have. Imbued is a verb that means: 'inspire or permeate with a feeling or quality.' We have too many in these United States that are not imbued with the knowledge and original intent of our Constitutional Republic. Worse yet, as proven in the 2010 through 2016 election, they don't understand the fundamental Founder's principles of self-governance. They prefer the 'isms' as outlined in this book.

About the Author

Tom Niewulis has been engaged in the political arena for over thirty years. During this journey he has had a heart for the founding of the United States from its historical beginning. Even while on active duty in the military, Tom began an intimate study of the Constitution as originally established and then as amended. The search for the truth about our national heritage is a long and worthy study if one desires to understand our culture, economic and political establishments. One great influence to the early steps of the journey were in the 70's when Dr. Francis Schaeffer was teaching that Christians and Pastors were responsible to engage in the cultural and political renewal of America. As it was at the time of the Founders, the revival of the hearts of Americans to God would foster the renewal of Constitutionalism based on the morality and virtue defined by the majority of Founders including Ben Franklin. With this understanding, Tom has been an aggressive student of the Reformation and the meaning of 'Covenant.' Both being critical to the Foundation of Americana. The critical aspect of what Tom has taken away from this study is that the Gospel and the Reformation are absolutely transcendent and extensible into every aspect of life – including politics and governance. Tom has been on the Board of Directors for We The People, Washington and other Citizen action group Boards or leadership teams. He has been called “a self-styled Constitutional scholar” by the press. This fits with what the citizens during the founding were called “that all the people in his government are lawyers, or smatterers in law” by General Gage to the Parliament. Tom has a technology and business background. He’s been a senior executive in a fortune 1,000 company and a serial entrepreneur. His undergraduate education is in Physics, Behavior Science, and his graduate education is in Organizational Development and Telecommunications Management. Tom’s alter ego, Samuel Adams. Samuel Adams being a great writer and political mind experienced every nuance of what affects business, economic and political life. Known as the Father of the Revolution, Sam Adams returns to stirs the minds and hearts to the Founders reason and purposes for self-governance.
